After adding products to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout and enter your billing details.

Choose full payment (UPI / cards / EMI / net banking) or, on select products, partial payment via UPI. Any balance can be paid in-store at pickup (cash or online).

Receive email/WhatsApp with your Order ID and pickup details.

  • Walk-ins without a confirmed online order may be delayed or declined, subject to live stock.
  • Product enquiries and availability checks are handled online only.
  • Pickup is available only after payment confirmation and order readiness.

Proof of authenticity

We issue GST invoices and products carry brand warranty. Serial numbers can be verified with the brand.

FAQs

Can I pay directly at the store without placing an order online?

Yes – But we prefer you place an online order on retinapix.com for Store Pickup—it secures live-stock, locks pricing, and speeds handover. For many items you can reserve with a partial payment at checkout and pay the balance in-store (UPI/cards/net banking, EMI’s or cash). Walk-ins are subject to live availability.

When should I visit the store after placing an order online?

After placing a Store Pickup order on RetinaPix.com, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp message. We will inform you via WhatsApp message or call on your registered mobile number once your order is ready for pickup. Please plan your visit accordingly for a smooth pickup experience.

Can I collect my order the same day of placing the order?

Often yes—same-day pickup is possible for in-stock items during pickup hours. Orders placed before 12:30 PM are typically ready the same day, subject to stock availability. Check the product availability status on the product page. After placing your order you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation when items are ready for pickup.

Can I get an additional discount or bargain at the store if I order online?

Our pricing is transparent—therefore we do not entertain bargaining or additional discounts on already placed Store Pickup orders at the counter. Our website already shows the best available price. You can reserve your items with Store Pickup — Partial Payment at checkout. Your total price locks at checkout, so no extra discount applies later. At pickup, pay the exact remaining balance shown on your order. You may cancel, but the partial payment is non-refundable.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. You can authorize someone else to collect. Our executive at the counter will call you on your registered mobile number to confirm handover at the time of pickup. You can also reply to your order confirmation/WhatsApp with their full name and phone before they visit. They must carry the order confirmation email. For high-value orders we may verify via call/OTP. Corporate pickups may require company ID and a brief authorization email.

Do you allow customers to see and use the product before placing the order?

We don’t offer in-store demos or open sealed boxes before purchase. All products are sold factory-sealed. Once you place a confirmed online order for Store Pickup, our executive can unbox the product, assist with basic setup, and walk you through key features.

If an item shows out of stock on your website - what can I do?

If a product shows Out of Stock, tap Request Stock Alert and submit your details (include your WhatsApp number). We’ll notify you on email/WhatsApp as soon as it’s back. Then revisit RetinaPix.com to place your order online for Store Pickup or delivery.

If an item shows discontinued on your website - what can I do?

If a product is marked Discontinued, the brand has stopped production—no more stock will arrive in future. Please choose an alternative or the latest version available on RetinaPix.com.

I want to purchase items only in cash?

Yes—if the item is in stock at our pickup store counter, you can walk in and pay the full amount in cash. For a guaranteed hold, place an online Store Pickup order with Partial Payment and pay the balance in cash at pickup. UPI/cards also accepted. No additional discount or bargaining on cash.

How many people can I bring along with me for pickup?

Space is limited at our pickup counter. Please come alone or with one accompanying person. For high-value handovers, we may allow only the customer (or one authorized pickup person). If you need extra help or plan to bring more people, WhatsApp us in advance.

Can I pay via credit card at the store at the time of pickup?

Yes. At pickup we can generate a secure payment link for credit/debit cards. Card payments may carry a convenience fee over the order total. If you reserved via Store Pickup — Partial Payment, that amount will be adjusted, and we’ll issue a link for the remaining balance (convenience fee may still apply).
