Cancellation and Refunds

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER, AND ARE CANCELLATION FEES APPLICABLE?
The customer has 3 hours from the time the order was placed to cancel the order. And if a customer wants a refund, the bank will charge a fee of 3% of the total order value, and the refund will be made through the same method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Full refund will only be applicable in case you choose UPI or Bank Transfer. There is a fee of 3% of the total order value for EMI transactions, Net Banking, Pay Later, and Credit/Debit Cards.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
We process your refund within 5-7 business days. Once the refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Exactly how long this process takes depends on your payment method.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING DELIVERY?
If the item you have received is damaged, you can contact us at +91-8920290043 along with the video proof. You will need to record the video while opening the box and show the damaged product. The video should be recorded in one go and must not have any cuts in between. The request for exchange will be entertained within 24 hours of the product delivery.
