8. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

We offer replacements strictly in the case of "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) manufacturing defects or damage during transit, reported within the specified window mentioned on the product page. You must provide proof via an uncut unboxing video of the package. The video should clearly display the product and its attached shipping label; otherwise, the claim may be rejected.
