• Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for your convenience. Retinapix is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

• RETINAPIX LLP does not offer refunds once a product is sold due to the fragile nature and high depreciation value of cameras and photography-related products. We only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
• Any manufacturing defect in the item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer is picking up the item from our store, it must be inspected at the time of pickup by an authorized representative. Failure to do so will result in no return requests being entertained.
• To initiate a return for a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service team at info@retinapix.com within the warranty period. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be eligible for replacement by the respective manufacturer. No monetary refunds will be issued for the returned item, and RETINAPIX LLP is not liable for providing a refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects, such as damage caused by customer handling, are not accepted.
