Store Pickup Policy

Welcome to retinapix.com, an online shopping platform dedicated to providing high-quality cameras, photography products, studio lights, audio equipment, and multimedia products to customers across India. To enhance your shopping experience, we offer an in-store pickup service in New Delhi, allowing you to collect your orders conveniently.

Eligibility for In-Store Pickup

  • Service Area: In-store pickup is available to customers residing in or visiting New Delhi, India.
  • Product Availability: Only products currently in stock or readily obtainable from our suppliers are eligible for in-store pickup.

How to Place an In-Store Pickup Order

Online Ordering:

  • Visit our website at retinapix.com, browse our product selection, and add desired items to your cart.
  • At checkout, select the “Store Pickup” option.

Payment Options:

  • Full Payment: Pay the entire order amount online.
  • Partial Payment: Pay a security deposit of ₹2,000 or 5% of the order total (whichever is higher).

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order summary and the estimated preparation time.

Order Processing Time

After placing an order, please allow us at least 24-48 hours during business days to process and arrange your products from our suppliers. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your pickup date and time once your order is ready.

Scheduling Your Pickup

Notification:

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email and WhatsApp with the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Hours:

Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Arriving outside these hours may result in delays.

Location:

Pickup location details, including address and any necessary instructions, will be provided in the confirmation email.

Pickups are available Monday to Saturday, between 5 PM and 7 PM. Please ensure you collect your order within this time frame. Orders are held for a maximum of 7 days from the assigned pickup date.

Pickup Procedure

Upon Arrival:

  • Bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
  • Report to the designated pickup counter.

Product Inspection:

  • Inspect your products at the pickup counter to ensure they meet your expectations.
  • Once the products are accepted, returns and replacements are not allowed unless the item is defective.

Policies and Conditions

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund if we are unable to arrange the product within the specified time.
  • Partial payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after we have begun processing.

Same-Day Pickup Requests:

Same-day pickup is subject to product availability and may not always be possible. Please contact customer service for urgent requests.

Non-Scheduled Arrivals:

Customers arriving without a scheduled pickup or without placing an online order first may experience delays.

Return Policy:

  • Products inspected and accepted at pickup are final and cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective within the warranty period.

Direct Store Visits:

We encourage customers to place orders online before visiting our store to ensure product availability and expedite the pickup process. Direct visits without prior orders may not guarantee immediate product availability.

Late or Missed Pickups:

If you cannot collect your order within the specified 7-day period, please contact our customer service to make alternative arrangements. Orders not picked up within this period may be cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Inspection at Pickup: Customers are encouraged to inspect their products at the time of pickup. Any issues should be reported immediately to our staff.
  • After Pickup: Once the product has been inspected and accepted at the pickup point, it cannot be returned or replaced.

Changing or Cancelling Orders:

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, cancellations are not allowed. Deposits for partial payments are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the product as promised.
  • For any changes or special requests, please contact our customer service team prior to your pickup time.
