We provide Free Shipping anywhere in India for orders above value ₹10,000/- and above, Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
Tracking: email containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.
After placing an order, customers can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
In case we receive a cancellation email and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. RetinaPix LLP has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by RetinaPix LLP and accepts the RetinaPix LLP decision regarding the cancellation.
In case of Perishable Goods: In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable product, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.
In case of Gift Certificate: Gift Certificate will not be canceled.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. RetinaPix Store does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
As of now we are not shipping products outside India. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
Delivery Of The Product
There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased Product to the Buyer, as decided by the RetinaPix Store. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the Products during the course or delivery or during transit shall be on the Delivery Partner and Buyer and not on the RetinaPix Store.
RetinaPix Store represent and warrant that the Products being delivered are not faulty and are exactly those Products which are listed and advertised by RetinaPix Store on the Website and purchased by the Buyer and meet all descriptions and specifications as provided on the Website.
Buyer's shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of the Website before a Buyer proceeds to pay for Buyer's purchase. In the event Buyer's order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or by RetinaPix Store or the delivery address is not located in an area that is covered under the order confirmation form, Buyer may provide an alternate shipping address on which the Product can be delivered by the logistics service provider or by the RetinaPix Store.
Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimated only and should not be relied upon as such. Therefore, time is not the essence of the bi-partite contract between the Buyer and the Seller for purchase and sale of Product on or through the Website. However, the Product shall not be delivered to the Buyer unless the Buyer makes the payment of the purchase of Product.
RetinaPix LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by RetinaPix Store for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Buyer shall be bound to take delivery of the Products purchased by the Buyer that are said to be in a deliverable state. Where Buyer neglects or refuses to accept the delivery of the Products ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer may be liable to the RetinaPix Store for such non-acceptance and shall further be liable to RetinaPix LLP for any loss of any fee or charges that RetinaPix Store and its third parties shall have earned. if such delivery or transaction should have been completed. Buyer acknowledges that such damages or loss to RetinaPix Store and its third parties are not consequential or indirect.
The title in the Products and other rights and interest in the Products shall directly pass on to the Buyer from RetinaPix Store upon delivery of such Product and upon full payment of price of the Product. Upon delivery, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products. The risk of loss shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of Product.
