Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for domestic shipping within India as well as International Shipping. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after the order is processed.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and usually take 1-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days after the order is processed, depending on the destination country.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other factors outside our control. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

1.1 General Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders require a minimum of 1 business day for processing before dispatch. This includes time for sourcing, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.
  • Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be processed on the same day, subject to stock availability and successful payment verification. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Non-business Days: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

1.2 Custom Orders

  • Customization: Orders requiring engraving or customization may require up to 10 business days for processing before dispatch. Customers will be notified of any delays.

2. Domestic Shipping

2.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • Within New Delhi: After dispatch, delivery within New Delhi typically takes 2-3 business days. However, delivery may occur earlier depending on various factors.
  • Other Cities: For orders outside New Delhi, delivery times range from 3-7 business days post-dispatch, depending on the destination and other logistical factors.
  • Rural Areas: Deliveries to rural addresses may require additional time.

2.2 Shipping Partners

  • Bluedart: Our primary shipping partner for domestic deliveries. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
  • DHL: Our shipping partner for international deliveries. DHL ensures reliable and timely international shipping services. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

2.3 Free Shipping and International Shipping Charges

  • Eligibility: Free shipping is available for orders above ₹10,000 within India.
  • International Shipping Charges: International shipping is chargeable and depends on various factors, including shipment type, size, volumetric weight, destination, fuel surcharge, and custom duties. Exact charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.

3. Delivery Details and Responsibilities

3.1 Delivery Addresses

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Orders to such addresses may be canceled.
  • Verification: The shipping address and pin code will be verified before processing payment. If the address is not serviceable, customers will be contacted for an alternate address.

3.2 Risk and Ownership

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
  • Acceptance: Upon delivery, customers are deemed to have accepted the products. Ownership of the products transfers upon full payment and delivery.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if the status is "pending." To cancel, contact our Customer Support Team with your order number.
  • Processed Orders: If an order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled. The decision to allow cancellation rests solely with RetinaPix LLP.

4.2 Specific Products

  • Perishable Goods: Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Gift Certificates: Non-refundable and non-cancelable once issued.

4.3 Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a courier or insured parcel service for tracking purposes. RetinaPix LLP is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled returns.

5. Non-Delivery and Late Delivery

5.1 Customer Error

  • Re-delivery Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.

5.2 Failure to Accept Delivery

  • Neglect or Refusal: If a customer neglects or refuses delivery, they may be liable for any resulting fees or charges incurred by RetinaPix LLP.

6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

  • 6.1 Order Cancellations by Customer: Once an order is placed, whether via full payment or partial payment, it cannot be canceled by the customer. No refunds will be issued for orders canceled by the customer after the payment has been made.
  • 6.2 Order Cancellations by RetinaPix LLP: If RetinaPix LLP is unable to fulfill the order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons beyond our control, customers will be informed immediately. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
  • 6.3 Delayed Shipment or Delivery: If RetinaPix LLP is unable to provide the product to the customer within 30 days beyond the expected date of shipment or delivery, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
