Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with multiple payment options. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers who prefer to pay for their orders in cash at the time of delivery. Please read our COD policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with this payment method.

  • Eligibility for COD
    • COD is available for orders up to INR 50000 within India.
    • COD is not available for international orders.
    • COD is available for select pin codes based on our logistics partner's serviceability.
  • Phone Number Verification
    • Customers opting for COD must verify their phone number via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their registered mobile number.
    • This step ensures the validity of the contact information provided.
  • COD Fee Payment
    • After OTP verification, customers must pay a non-refundable COD fee of 2.9% of the total order value.
    • Customer should pay the COD fee upfront via UPI payment mode to confirm the Cash on Delivery order
    • The COD order will be confirmed and placed only after the COD fee payment is completed
    • COD fee is mandatory for all Cash on Delivery orders as this helps us prevent the fraudental transactions
  • Order Confirmation and Processing
    • Once the COD fee is paid, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
    • For high priced items our customer service executive might call to ensure Cash on Delivery order before despatching the unit
    • Orders will be verified and processed promptly.
  • Packaging and Dispatch
    • Orders will be securely packaged and labeled for COD.
    • The package will be handed over to Bluedart or our other shipping partners for delivery.
  • Delivery and Payment
    • Bluedart/Shipping Partner will attempt delivery to the customer's address.
    • Customers must pay the full COD amount in cash to the delivery personnel before receiving the package.
    • Once the product is successfully received and paid by the customer we will consider it as successfully delivered.
  • Non-Delivery and Cancellation
    • If the customer is unavailable, Bluedart/Shipping Partner will make multiple delivery attempts.
    • If the customer refuses the order or is unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to office address
    • The 2.9% COD fee is non-refundable under these circumstances.
  • Return and Refund
    • Customers returning the package at the time of delivery will not be refunded the 2.9% COD fee.
    • The returned product will be sent back to office address via Bluedart/Shipping Partner.
  • In-Transit Damages and Liability
    • If a product is damaged during transit then our team will investigate the concern to report the issue kindly contact our support team at
    • RetinaPix is not liable for any loss or damage if it is reported after 24 hours of delivery
