Every Insta360 camera we sell is brand-new, factory-sealed, and carries the standard 1-year Insta360 limited warranty. We remain your first point of contact for order-related questions, but all post-sale technical repairs are handled directly by Insta360’s authorised service hub under their official warranty framework.

We do not offer buy-back, trade-in, refunds, or exchanges after dispatch. Transit-damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with courier insurance. Beyond that window, the manufacturer warranty or paid repair applies.

1. Product Authenticity & Proof of Purchase

• All units are sourced from Insta360’s authorised distribution channel; each box has a unique serial number that can be verified on the Insta360 Service Hub.
• Your tax invoice (emailed on dispatch or supplied in print) is your primary warranty certificate—keep both a digital and printed copy safe.

2.1 What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as evaluated by Insta360 technicians.

2.2 What is not covered

• Accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, cosmetic wear, third-party accessories, misuse, or units serviced outside the assigned region.

Regional rule: Insta360 products cannot be serviced worldwide; repairs must occur at the regional centre designated for the serial-number batch.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Self-diagnose or perform a firmware update via the Insta360 app.
2. Contact Insta360 Support (chat, email, or phone) and obtain an RMA number.
3. After inspection by Insta360:
   
     • In‑warranty defect: free repair or replacement plus free return shipping.
   
     • Not covered / out‑of‑warranty: Insta360 will email a repair quotation; you may approve or decline.

4. Transit‑Damage & Dead‑on‑Arrival (DOA) Protocol

1. Inspect the outer carton immediately upon delivery.
2. Take clear, high‑resolution photos of the package; ensure the shipping label and Air Waybill (AWB) number are fully legible.
3. Record one continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts with the AWB number and, during the unboxing, captures the product’s serial number on the back of each unit.
4. The video must remain uncut from start to finish; this uninterrupted footage is essential evidence for any transit‑damage claim.
5. Report any courier damage or DOA units within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@retinapix.com and attaching the photos and video.
6. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will be handled under the standard warranty procedure.

5. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Buy‑Back

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order only while it is still awaiting dispatch. Any convenience fee charged by the payment gateway is non‑refundable.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or buy‑backs.
• Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@retinapix.com. The product must remain unused and sealed. We will arrange a pick‑up; once the courier successfully collects the package, we will dispatch the correct product.
• Price Drops / Change‑of‑Mind: Requests arising from price reductions or a change of mind are not eligible.

6. Paid Repairs for Out‑of‑Warranty Products

• Out‑of‑warranty repairs follow Insta360’s official Repair Price List; a quotation will be emailed for approval before work begins.
• Repaired or replaced parts carry a 90‑day service warranty or the remainder of the original period—whichever is longer, according to Insta360’s official website.
• Replacement accessory costs can be checked on the Accessory Price Inquiry page at Insta360.com.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Back up footage before shipping—service centres may erase memory during diagnostics.
• Remove personal accessories (lens guards, stickers, etc.) before sending.
• Provide an accurate return address; re‑delivery failures are at customer cost.

8. Liability Limitation

RetinaPix.com, as an authorised Insta360 seller in India, is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses (missed shoots, data loss).
• Delays caused by customs, courier, or manufacturer service queues.
• Any damage arising after customers modify, root, or use non‑certified accessories with the product.
• Physical damage caused by the customer’s handling.

This policy is effective 01 July 2025 and supersedes all prior after‑sales statements. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice; the latest version will always be available on this page.
